清朝陕甘总督群体研究

清朝陕甘总督辖区几经分合,名称变化频仍,驻地多次迁移。乾隆二十五年其名称、驻地最终固定下来,一直至清朝灭亡为止。自顺治二年到宣统三年陕甘总督共112人。以陕甘总督的任职背景和仕途履历为视点,解析陕甘总督的身份种类、民族构成、籍贯分布、任职经历及其离职原因,可以窥视出清廷的用人之道,折射出清廷和陕甘总督辖区特殊的关系,进而勾勒出这一群体在整个总督群体中的特殊性。     

离散余弦变换在图像压缩上的应用

图像压缩编码技术是现代多媒体及通信领域中的关键技术之一.离散余弦变换(DCT)由于其较好的能量压缩特性和快速算法,被广泛地应用在图像压缩等领域,特别是国际静态图像压缩标准JPEG和动态图像压缩标准MPEG中都采用了DCT变换.本文介绍了DCT的核心编码,并使用matlab语言实现了基于DCT的图像压缩.

An assignment method for group decision making with uncertain preference ordinals

This paper presents an assignment method to solve the group decision making problem with uncertain preference information. The uncertain preference information is given as uncertain preference ordinals by decision makers. We first address the concept and calculation formulae of preference ordinal frequency, and then, uncertain preference ordinals are transformed into preference ordinal frequencies accordingly. Furthermore, a linear assignment model is built based on the derived preference ordinal frequencies, and the ranking of alternatives can be obtained by solving the model. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method.     

政府、企业、雇员三方心理契约信用问题——人力资源危机视角

无形的心理契约不仅释放着有形契约关系的影响力,也存在其衍生价值——心理契约信用。在经济全球化重塑的非传统雇佣关系中,隐藏着普遍的心理契约信用危机。如果心理契约存在的主体回归至广义古典学派界定的政府、企业和员工,则集合了有形契约信用和无形契约信用双重内涵的政府信用、企业信用、个人信用,其信用品质的交互影响、辐射影响,无疑构成为分析政府、企业和员工三方心理契约信用互动规律的简约路径。     

群环与因子群环对称单位之间的联系

设G是一个有限群,F是一个域,N是G的一个正规子群.提出群环对称单位与因子群环对称单位的联系问题.利用G到G/N上的自然满同态系数扩张到F上,得到FG到F （G/N）上的满同态.证明了FG中的对称单位与F（G/N）中的对称单位也是满同态.     

Lasing on pyroclastic rocks: A case study of <Superscript>40</Superscript>Ar/<Superscript>39</Superscript>Ar dating on Moshishan Group,eastern Zhejiang Province

It is difficult to date pyroclastic rocks, for almost all the dating methods, due to the multiple sources during their formation. ^40Ar/^39gAr incremental heating results on groundmass selected from the samples show that the age spectra are meaningless geologically. However, singe crystal total fusions of CO2 lasing on the sanidine separates could yield rational 4^40Ar/^39Ar results and distinguish their sources in this study. Timing on three formations of the Moshishan Group, after avoiding the exotic and altered grains by lasing on the single sanidine separate, was reported in this paper. The lowermost portion of the Chawan Formation gives an age of 113.7±0.3 Ma; the lower part of the Xishantou Formation was formed 116.4±0.4 Ma ago and the bottom of the Gaowu Formation took its shape at 118.4±0.4 Ma. These new ages are much younger than the previous ones, suggesting that these thick volcanic formations had been formed in very short durations.
